When Lisa Sinopoli’s parents moved to Woodbridge in 1982, she thought it would make for a wonderful place to raise a family. She moved there not long afterward, and has lived in the Vaughan area ever since. After she and her husband, Domenic, were married in 1993, they moved to Maple where they’ve lived since. Lisa has one son, Julian, who enjoys playing competitive hockey.
Lisa considers herself lucky; she has always enjoyed the work that she does. Her entire career has been shaped around the real estate industry in some way, shape or form. First she worked for a homebuilder, selling new homes and townhouses. In 1990, she got her real estate license.
As a realtor, Lisa began her career with Homelife/Metropark where she was the number one seller in both 1999 and 2002. She has since made the move to Re/max Premier in Vaughan, finding it a better fit to her current lifestyle.
Lisa’s love of real estate led her to purchase an investment property in Collingwood where she also manages two other properties for clients. As the property manager, she has been taking care of rental inquiries for the past three years.
Although she hasn’t taught a class for a couple of years now, Lisa is a licensed spin instructor. She still takes spin classes, runs and works out regularly. As a health conscious woman, Lisa also loves spending time in the kitchen, especially when she’s teaching herself to cook new, ethnic foods. She’s tried her hand at just about everything, from Jamaican to Indian to Italian.
Very recently, Lisa has embraced social media and technology. Although she would never consider herself an expert, she’s getting quite adept at using it as a means of communication. Her recent move to Re/max Premier means that she can merge several of her loves – technology, social media and real estate.
